Multisensory Math is an approach to teaching and learning mathematics that incorporates multiple senses and modalities to enhance understanding and engagement.  It recognizes that individuals have different learning styles and preferences.

By appealing to multiple senses such as sight ~ hearing ~ touch ~ movement, multisensory techniques can facilitate a deeper comprehension of mathematical concepts.

The approach progresses from Concrete, to Representational, to Abstract methods (CRA) that support students learning of new mathematical concepts.  Each lesson is broken down into small increments of practice, learning, discussion and review.
